We work hard to source our properties to ensure we can provide good quality and affordable homes that suit the needs and requirements of our tenants. We operate a responsive repairs system and regular maintenance checks to ensure our homes are always at kept at a high standard.
WORKING TOGETHER TO ACHIEVE …
We have close partnerships with external agencies to ensure our tenants receive the best possible standard of care and regularly check CQC reports of those we work with. In addition, we work alongside local authorities, tenants and their families to ensure tenants have access to a care package that is catered to the individual.
Here at Daisy Housing, we always encourage all aspects of the areas we promote. It is important to us that our tenants achieve the tasks of daily living and thrive in the local community.
We provide homes to vulnerable adults with a variety of conditions such as:
- Mental Health
- Learning Disabilities
- Acquired Brain Injury
Tenants may have physical disabilities that they require additional support with. If these needs develop overtime, as we are committed to providing homes for life, this will be built into support received and small adaptations may be carried out where possible.
